What to Expect in a Job Interview

The recruitment process is the first step toward a new job — whether you’re applying as a welder, C+E truck driver, construction worker, or slaughterhouse employee, the job interview helps us get to know you better and match the offer to your skills.

How does a job interview usually proceed?

The job interview takes place in one of two formats:

In-person – at our office or an agreed recruitment location;
Online – via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, or another video messenger.

We will inform you about the interview format in advance. If you are unable to meet in person, we will find a solution tailored to your situation.

What to prepare before a job interview?

To streamline the recruitment process, please prepare:

A CV or a brief work history – especially your recent jobs, professional experience, and any relevant courses or certificates (e.g., welding certificates, C+E driving license, construction qualifications);
An identity document – which may be required when finalizing the contract;
Willingness to provide contact details of previous employers (if requested);
Basic knowledge about the position you are applying for.

Note: We do not require a suit or formal attire. We understand you are applying for a physical job, not an office role — however, it’s important to dress neatly and cleanly. a pressed T-shirt and proper work pants show that you:

Take care of your personal hygiene,
Can properly prepare for the meeting,
Take the interview seriously — which bodes well for future cooperation.

It’s not about elegance, but about showing respect for yourself and your potential employer.

What to expect during the interview – requirements for different positions

🔧 Welder (MIG, MAG, TIG)

Questions about your welding certifications (e.g., 135, 141, 111);
Experience with specific welding types (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum);
Willingness to perform welding tests;
Knowledge of technical drawings (a plus);
Readiness to work abroad and in shift systems.

🚛 C+E category driver

Verification of current licenses: driving license, code 95, driver card;
Experience on domestic or international routes;
Questions about knowledge of digital tachographs and drivers’ working hours;
Openness to different trailer types (curtain sider, refrigerated, tipper, etc.);
Willingness to go on trips lasting several weeks.

🧱 Construction worker

Experience in specific tasks: masonry, reinforcement, formwork, finishing works;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Willingness to work at heights and perform physical outdoor labor;
Foreign language knowledge is not required but appreciated for assignments abroad;
Readiness for business trips.

🐄 Slaughterhouse and meat industry worker

Willingness to work in cold conditions and perform physical labor;
Experience in cutting, gutting, slaughtering is appreciated, but on-the-job training is often provided;
Understanding the specifics of the job and food production environment;
Readiness to work in shifts and maintain high personal hygiene standards.
