We cooperate with internationally experienced specialists who have worked on projects delivered for leading global companies in various countries. Depending on the operational needs of the project, we can provide personnel with communicative English or Russian language proficiency.

Depending on the requirements of our clients, we provide welders experienced in FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding processes, as well as specialists with practical experience in SMAW welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, stick welding).

Before starting work, welders undergo mandatory welding tests, including:

– FW, PF, a6 fillet weld on a T-joint performed in vertical-up position,

– FW, PD, a6 fillet weld on a T-joint performed in overhead position,

– BW, PF ss nb butt weld with single-sided full penetration weld without backing, welded vertically upward,

– BW, PC ss nb butt weld with single-sided full penetration weld without backing, performed in horizontal position.

The completed test welds are subjected to the following inspections and quality controls:

– 100% VT (Visual Testing),

– fracture testing of fillet weld joints,

– 100% UT (Ultrasonic Testing) of butt weld joints.

The qualifications and quality standards of our welders are confirmed by TÜV certificates compliant with EN ISO 9606-1 standards.
